Blind date

So a very cool thing happened today while I was with the kids at story time at the local library. There was a display of the most beautifully wrapped books I have ever seen! They were covered in pink and red Valentine's Day wrapping paper.

Some had boys and ribbons, others had glitter and drawings on them, and they looked awesome! There was a sign that said pick a book without knowing what it is and fall in love! I thought it was the coolest idea ever. The books had a small description on the back called a Dating Profile. All it listed was what genre the book was from and a small quote from a reliable book critic.

I choose a book in the genre: Dystopian Fairy Tale. Ever since my love affair with The Hunger Games, The Forest of Hands and Teeth, and a couple little shows called Firefly and Dollhouse, it's safe to say I have a small obsession with everything dystopian!!
